Construction supervision
As a construction supervisor, our priority is implementing the interests of the client on site. For a construction project, we use our expertise to monitor the following points:

Commissioning
Commissioning and system approvals place high demands on the executing teams. Thanks to many years of experience in this area, we have the necessary specialist knowledge to accompany and technically evaluate commissioning.
This includes, among other things:

Tests and approvals of various systems and interfaces in the port or at the shipyard (HAS)

sea trial (SAT)

Quality control
Quality assurance quickly shows how well a team works together. Thanks to many years of experience, also in large production lines and shipyards, we can check and monitor processes and propose and implement targeted improvements.
Close and productive collaboration at all project levels is always a guarantee for success.
Warranty management
We can contribute our expertise both to the new implementation of a warranty management system and to support during a warranty phase. Furthermore, a complete processing of the guarantee phase including the documentation can be done by us. Warranty reports can be specifically inspected and accepted worldwide.
We also offer online support for an inspection.
Health, safety and enviroment (HSE)
Regardless of the size and location of a project, the current safety regulations must always be observed.
In addition, systems must be established that prevent accidents and positively influence the continuous learning process in the field of occupational safety in construction. Checking and constantly monitoring this is a high liability which needs to be taken seriously.
We offer our support or complete monitoring of these processes and do not shy away from consistently enforcing the measures on site.
